How to remove a keloid from a rook piercing? - keloid by rook piercing

I have my tower pierced a little over a month. She developed a keloid. How do I remove it?

a cup or 2 cups of water, heat a little, but not too hot. Then put a teaspoon of sea salt (not table salt) and stir until absorbed.
Then take or cotton wool and swabs. I prefer cotton balls. Some say that drills take literally the ear in a cup (or bowl, is whatever), but it's still very difficult for me and my wet hair. only the development of the cotton when it gets cold. This will assist to ease some pain piercing ...

maybe two or three times a day until it disappears ... and avoid playing with
The sea salt I usually go once a day, but my keloid is almost gone, and mines not in my shell of my tower
