Cant Delete Downloads In Vuze I Have Windows Mobile And I Think I Downloaded A Virus?

I have windows mobile and i think i downloaded a virus? - cant delete downloads in vuze

I download lots of music and movies on my phone and I think I've downloaded to a virus. Theres a file on my memory thats called "Gorilla ~ 5" and I can not delete or move, or enter. He says his taste 4gig memory available, but i dont think thats right. My phone still works fine, but I can not download large files. Anyone who has ever heard anything like it, or know how to get rid of him?
